Healthy things

A great way to lose some weight is to practice exercises regularly and pay attention to how many you're eating, remember you can eat whatever you want, but in smaller portions and do exercises.

If don't do any exercise start to do in a small scale and gradually increase. Think of eating healthy because it's very important to your heart.

TRAGEDY IN RIO

Hey there,
Is everething ok? Did you know that here in Rio de Janeiro we had an huge rain that destroyed a lot of places? The city that I live, Niterói was the most destroyed and a lot of people lost their homes and personal stuff. I am very concerned abou that.

So I will tell you about a project that we have here to help the poors.
We colect the donations and distributes to them.

You don`t need to travel all away here, you can help in many ways, by sending by mail clothes, hygiene material, toys, food etc...

They are needing a lot of help from persons with a kind heart.

I wish that you can help in our cause and also make the world better.

Thanks

Vitor Nobre

Hi there...

So, I will tell you about my project: it's named "Enough talk, let's help", and it won't just talk about the problems that we see every day, but it will really help our city. Actually, people thinks that it's very hard to help poor people because they don't have any idea about how they can help, and that is the point: in this programe, if you join us you are going to help people without being a volunteer or leaving home.

You will give your name on internet, giving your adress and basic information, and we will take your contribution in your home as soon as we can.

It's important to remind you that you can help in many ways: food, toys, clothes, and we are going to acept new volunteers...

Tank you, perhaps fix our world...

Hi there,

I was wondering if would like to join me this summer to work being a volunteer at an Acamp in the USA. This Acamp helps poor children having fun during summer. We will help in outdoor activities, like football.

Something that is important is the free food. You can eat as much as you wish without paying and the food is delicious. The accommodation is simple, but it is really good sleep in contact with Nature. The air is so much clean! The transport is up to you, so you have to pay for it.
I think it is a great opportunity to make a difference in the world! You can make new friends and improve your English!
Can't wait to see you there!

Amigos da Escola

Hey there,

¨Amigos da escola¨ is a project created by Rede Globo to contribute to the strengthening of education and public school. The project encourages the involviment of all (education professionals, students, family and comminity) in this effort and participation of volunteers and entities in developing educational actions complementary, and never on replacement, curriculum/formal education and citizenship, for the benefit of students, the school, its professionals and the community.

This project is a communications project implemented in a decentralised manner. It uses the virtue inpiration of Rede Globo to raise the population and the school (in its essential role of formal education and community centre). In addition, develops tools useful for school that performs or intends to undertake activities with volunteers.

If you like to help this project is simple and you will be a good action, this project is contributing to the future of our countries.

Make the world better

Hey There,

What´s up? I´m here to tell you about a wonderful project called TAMAR which is located in nine states of the country and its purpose is to protect the sea turtles.

The project, which is internationally recognized as one of the successful experiences of marine conservation, also protects about 1.100km of beaches, through 23 bases maintained in feeding areas, spawning, growth and rest of animals. The name of project is quite creative, because it comes from a combination of the initial syllables the words sea turtle in Portuguese.

We can go to a lot of beaches in Northeast, as Praia do Forte and Arembepe in Bahia. Besides other 23 beaches with a amazing sea view and the entire coast.

If you want to visit a lot of beautiful places and take care of animals, this project is perfect. This is an interesting kind of project that should be valued.

Can´t wait to see you
