Unluck day


One day, me and my family traveled to Sao Paulo. We left rio the janeiro at 5:00 to arrive at 10:00 because my cousing was gatting married, but in the way the car broke down so we dicidedto call to the truck, but the truck took three hours to arrive, after that we had to go to the mechanic and we stayed there for two hours, in the final we can`t came on the wedding and we had to came back to rio, this was the worst trip of my life.

Unluck day
I went to the bar to bought some coke when I fallen down and broke my arm.When I was going to the hospital the gasoline over,and I had to help my father to push the car to the gas station and my arm got worse than when i broke.I have to put a plaster in the arm and i've stay with this about 2 weeks.

Unlucky day

I don't remenber any unlucky day to tell to you, so I will tell you my mother unlucky day. I hope you like it.


When my mother was going to job, the gasoline car were ending. Then she had to go to gas station. When she asked to gasoline the gas station employee told her that the gas station wasn't accepting credit card and my mom wasn't with any money (banknote). When she was going to another gas station, the car stopped work. She was next to the gas station, so she walked up there. To her surprise, the gas station was without gasoline. When she decided to call my father to bring gasoline she noted that the celphone was with without battery. Then she had to ask the celphone of gas station employee. While she was waiting my dad, people that knew her stopped and offered help, then she answered that didn't need help. She was very very embarassed.

My Unlucky Day


My unlucky day starts with me waking up and realizing that my alarm didn't work and was already 7h15am and my school starts at 7h30 am. I ask my mom to leave me at school, but when we were in the way, her car broken, so I had to take a bus. I got at school late and received my math's test. I had a bad mark at it.

When I got home from school and started to have lunch, the pasta's sauce fell into my new T-shirt. After that, I had school homework to do, but my internet was not working. I also began to feel bad, I thought I got a flu.

Then I went to bed, wishing that the next day will be a lucky one.

amulets of lucky ♣

I dont belive that black cats are evil and there day that you have lucky or unlucky , that's all lie. Thing happend because you did something before, it is a big snow ball , so people who are superstitious belive that finding a clover with 4 leave will bring lucky ? Really man ? A plant couldn't do that i'm sorry, it just can do photosynthesis. hahaha.

rabbits that was killed to turn a anuseful amulet , why people dont complain with this industries equal they do with the industry of coats that made it with fur of animals .Why people think that things with goes under the paw of a horse ? does it make any sence ? i really dont think so ! Belive or not the amulets dont get lucky to you !

My unlucky day
The unlucky day started in school, when I forgot about the homework, after the school it's take about 30 minutes to get to my home but it's was such traffic that taked more than one hour. I was hungry but my maid didn't went to her work in that day, so I had to eat "miojo". I really hate that "pasta"! So I realize I could go to the computer and play games, but my internet was really slow! After that I gave up!
I hope that was the last unlucky day I've had, but I know I will have more! ;)

keeping healthy

There are many ways to lose weight , but that stuff dont make you healthy. Now a days the most women thinks that standard of beauty is to be thin, and that increased the number of teens beeing anorexic, in order to have body that isnt normal or healty . That have to change , in our society there many ways that you could use to get better your body , eatting food, but the right ones .
You could also do some sport or go to the gym ,that could be a way to know more people and have fun in order to get fit , if you are more tecnologic , that isnt a way to dont do any thing , now a days there are a wii fit , the game mixes exercice and
movement than you ,gamer, have fun at your one house without paying nothing more that the game .

Unluck Day !


Some days ago I woke up and felt I've done something to my back ,I could hardly turn my head!! I would be very late to school.Quickly I ran to the bathroom to take a shower so I find it occupied I waited impatiently for another five minutes.I had no choice to have a really quick cold shower.Verificar ortografia
After washing up I felt a bit better so I decide to eat something than when I look there was nothing ! I can't belive, however that was not the end yet.When I arrived at school I received the news that my dog died =(

DEFINITELY MY UNLUCK DAY! I HOPE THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!

My Unlucky Day


My unlucky day starts when I had breakfast, suddenly my coffee fell in my school uniform, so I had to change the clothes for went to school.

When I arrived home, I went to my bedroom to play my eletric guitar. To my horror the guitar string broke while I was playing, so I decided go to computer to pastime. However the internet didn't work and one more time I gave up.

Eventually I decided go to living room and watch TV, for nothing happen anymore.

My Unlucky day!

It was 7 am when i woke up and i realized that the alarm doesn't work. I was really late to pick up my school bus and i needed my mother to leave me to school. My mother was really mad with me because she hates waking up earlier.
When i arrived at school, the doors were closed, and i had a big test to do on that day. They let me in, but there was a few minutes last to end the test. The test was really difficult and i think i got a bad grade. =(
When i arrived home, i had lunch and then the phone rang. It was my dentist wanting to knew why i didn't go to my consult. I had totally forgot that i had made an apointment with my dentist.
My mother was already mad with me, but when she discovered that i didn't go, she banned me to see tv and to use the computer. I couldn't see my favorites tvs series! :(
Finally,the night came and i went to bed, wondering how reverse my unlucky day!

Keep in Fit...

Sorry to write this text late but I was without internet...
Well..to keep in fit you need to have a good diet, eating plenty of fruits, vegetables and some foods that provide protein.
After making a good diet, it is good to do some exercise... sports are the best ways to exercise, such as volleyball, soccer, basketball, among others...
I think, nowadays it is easier to stay in fit, there is even video game that gets you in fit..

My unlucky day


One morning I got up with the feeling that the day was going to be an unlucky one for me. How right it was! Found that it was already 06:50 a.m and my shcool starts 7:15.
Then, I went into the dining room for my breakfast. I gulped down the coffe without realizing that it was very hot. It burnt my tongue. I spat it out and could not eat anything because my tongue hurt. I got dressed and rushed to the bus stop.
Unfortunately, I just missed the bus. My heart sank and I knew that I would be late for school. When I reached school, my name was taken down by the teacher. The teacher scolded me for being late. To my humiliation, I was made to stand outside the class. I was so upset by the incidents that I could not study properly. But worse was to come.
After school, I was on my way home when something hard hit me on my t-shirt, yes it's bird poo and it landed on me! I was boiling with rage but could do nothing.
However, I managed to reached home safe and sound, and did not dare to go out again for the rest of day.

Living Heathy


Nowadays, most of the people don't have an healthy life and this is very wrong. To be healthy or to keep in fit isn't difficult, all you need is strenght will. There are many ways to do it.

A good way is doing exercise at least three times per week. If you don't like the gym, you can take dance lessons, walk with your pet, swim in your pool, run in the beach... You can also practice a sport, for example, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis... And even if you're too lazy to leave your bedroom, you can have fun and also do exercise with a videogame called Wii Fit.

But only do exercise it's not enough to keep in fit, you need to have a balanced diet too. Eat more fruits and vegetables instead of junk food and drink a lot of water.
Doing this you will feel much better.

What's worth?



Nowadays people frequently think about many ways to keep in fit. But they really don't know what's worth: spend their lifes doing exercises and making strict diets, in order to stay with a perfect body or simplly accept their bodys like they are.

But everybody knows (or should know) that exercises can be very good for us, not just because they can give us a beautiful body (that will help us to feel better) but because it can makes the difference for a good health.

I shouldn't tell you that I'm a person that cares a lot for my diet, because that would be a lie, but I try not to eat too much fast food, although it's really hard for me. There are two months that I am controling myself, in order not to drink too much coke, and I'm having success. I love to eat fruit at any time of the day.

I usually try to do exercices. I swim three times a week, play soccer twice a week and volleyball and tennis once a week. I think there's no sensation to compare with doing sports, because I'm very competitive, they keep me in fit and can make me feel really good. I've never been in a gym as I am very afraid to stop growing, but some day I'd like to go.

Keep in fit.


There are many ways to keep in fit, but for me, the best way to keep in shape is doing excercise! I work out at the gym three times a week and I really like it! Sometimes I run in the beach too, make me feel really relaxed. But only doing excercises it's not enough to keep in fit, you need to eat healthy food too. I don't have a very good diet, but it's really important to have, sometimes you can eat healthy food instand of junk food, will make you feel much better.

I really try to keep in fit doing the best I can, it's not only about keep in fit, but is about healthy too! =)

Keep in fit!

You have many ways to keep in fit, like doing exercises and having a good diet too!

I can't stand going to the gym so i play tennis and swim twice a week to keep in fit, actually i really like it! :)

Have a good diet is also important, because is not all about keep in fit, you need to be healthy too! The doctor will see the best diet for you, so what are you waiting for?! Make an appointment!

If you also eat more fruits and vegetables instand of junk food you will get in shape more quikly!

My friend unlucky day !


I don't remember any unlucky day but I remember the my friend unlucky day.

So, he decided that he had to get fit. Well, to tell you the truth , he'd been to the doctor and the doctor had told him that he had to change his lifestyle.He went out and bought some trainers- He never knew how espensive they were 55 pounds! Anyway, the next day he got up early and when he looked for the trainers he didn't found them . He was so frustated . He couldn't run in this day and he went to work. Believe it or not , when he arrived home he saw the shoes in the same place that he had left them and he thought that he need to get up early the next day because he wanted to begin running.

The next day he got up a bit late but he went run. After five minutes , his feet started to hurt. Unfortunately, the shoes were uncomfortable and he were really bored. He continued running. He noticed an attractive woman looking at him and smiling . He looked back at her and he smiled too . He weren't looking at the path and didn't see a banana skin , so he slipped . As you can imagine , he were very embarrased. Suddenly it started to rain . He got home exhausted. Actually, he took off his trainers and lay down on the sofa . Then his mother came in and shouted , " guy ! what have you done to the sofa !!" He looked down and saw it was covered in green paint. The park bech had just been painted.
This was the my friend disastrous day :D

Amcamps !


Hey there !
I'm sorry didn't write before but I've been really busy with my school and next moth it's the camping.So , I'm writing to aks waht do you do on holiday ? If you don't have any plans, wold you want to go to a camping ? And be a volunteers assist ?
The campings is Amcamps.It's an International camp because there are in USA, Mexico , Brasil and Bolivia. This camping is for children and if you be a volunter assist you'll help with some outdoor activities , entertainment , sports event and children's games. Before I forget , we have got free food and simple accomodation.
Well, Last year I went to this campingand I really liked because I worked with children and the feeling it was amazing and you can meet people from many places. If you liked the ideia please send me an email as soon as posible with your aplication form. I'll send for the representative of Amcamps and she'll interview you.

People take part in less physical activite than they used to, mainly because of the more covenient lifestyles we lead. People can keep fit thanks to physical education classes, but it's recommended that people try and active outside of school and carry .on throughout their life

If you want to keeping fit, you will have to do somethings:

1. do exercises:
In fact is recommended that people exercise or do some form of physical activity for 30 minutes at least five days a week.
The benefits of taking up regulare exercise include: fewer aches and pains; icreased energy level overall; it can help reduce stress levels; exercise keep organs, like your heart, healphy; it burns off unnecessary fat in your body and keeps your weight down and exercise can help increase brain activity.

2. change your everyday habits:
People with hardly any time on their hands can also keep fit by riding a bike or walking briskly isteanted of taking the bus, go to a gym, joining an aerobics class or going for a swim at their local leisure centre.


3. do diet:
As well as exercesing, it's also important to eat the right thing. Eating the right foods can keep our argans heathy and even help our teeth and bones strong for later on in life.
What you eat now willalso probaly help shape your eating habits later on in life, so it's important to start as you mean to go on.


4. a quest of balance:
Maintaining a balance a balanced diet is important for us all, but young peopleare a specialcase because their bodies grow rapidly during teenage years. For example, experts believe that starchy foods such as bread, rice, pasta and potatoes, help give young people and children the fuel they need to grow.
Covenience food and ready to food to eat have grow meals in popularity over the last few years as ours lives becames increasingly busier. But,despite helping us save on time, these foods are often high in salt, fat and sugar, so check the nutrition label.


5. healthy eating:
As a general guide to eating helthily, try to followthese suggestions:

> eat of starchy foods such as potatoes, bread, rice or pasta;
> eat at least five portion of a variety of fruit and vegetables a day;
> try to eat oily fish like samon or mackerel once a week;
> eat lower fat versions of daire products such as milk, yourgut and milk;
> cut down on fatty foods
> eat moderate amounts of red meat

> try to cut down on salty foods such as snacks, preserved meats, stock cubes and packet soups
> try to keep sugary sweets, desserts and drinks to meal times only, so they are less damaging to teeth

What can you do to have a healthy life


To have a healthy life, you do not need much money or do something that is spectacular. To have a healthy life, you need to take life one way and get healthy. The tips are very simple, and cam be summarized in three topics:


Have a balanced diet: eat fruits and vegetables daily. The recommended intake is 7 serving a day, but at least invest in a breakfast with plenty of fruits and cereals, and at lunch and dinner to eat more vegetables than anything else. Let the caloric and fatty foods for the weekend with family or for parties. And on a day, eat healthily. Do not forget to take planty of water throughout the day.


Exercise regulary: Exercise 5 times per week. If you can not attend an academy, replace the elevator downstairs, walk alone or with (a) partner (a), or ride your bike to work. If the problem is not like the gym, practice sports or dance. Play volleyball, tennis, soccer, basketball, swimming or take dance lessons. But move on forever! Exercises bring improvements in body and healthy, but also bring metal wellbeing.

Cultive the psychological and mental well being: run away from stress and have a happy life. Take life easy, not get hung up on problens and tensions, and not live in a hurry. Enjoy the details of life as a sunset, sun moon, rain or a hot day. Look how beautiful nature is, and think about how good life. Do not just think about the money, do good deeds, be nice and try to find one great love. Happy people attract happiness. Both mentally and physically.

Keep a Healthy life


There are many ways to be healthy and fit, some of them are: do exercise regularly and have healty diet!

Even if you are lazy, it is important to do exercises at least three times a week to be in a good shape. It is also as important as having a good diet, eat vegetables and avoid junk foods. But some times you can broke this rules, always be careful not to exaggerate!

That are some hints to keep healty and fit at the same time! Just follow them!!

My Healthy life !

To keep myself fit ( you're tired of knowing) I playing tennis almost everday, but in my opinion this is not an exercise because I really enjoy and I couldn't live without it.
I can't stand it but I go to the gym twice a week and I run in my free time. However, it is very important to eat healthy foods (
fruits, vegetables, etc.) and don't make lots of mistakes. A good way to be in a good shape and live for a long time is doing exercises regularly and also making an appointment with you doctor to see if he can suggest a good diet. Why not starting now?

A good way to be healthy and fit is doing exercises regulary! But you think this is the only way?No it`s not!
Have a healthy diet is a good way to be healthy too! There are many sports to do, many diets to try, and many ways to be healthy! Do you think it is hard? Doing little things every day is really easy, but you must keep doing to get acostumed! Try to go to the gym or do sports, and eat vegetables and of course you can eat junk food some times but not always!
You can be fit and healthy at the same time! You just need some motivation! ;D
