Keep a Healthy life


There are many ways to be healthy and fit, some of them are: do exercise regularly and have healty diet!

Even if you are lazy, it is important to do exercises at least three times a week to be in a good shape. It is also as important as having a good diet, eat vegetables and avoid junk foods. But some times you can broke this rules, always be careful not to exaggerate!

That are some hints to keep healty and fit at the same time! Just follow them!!

    It is not fair having to be on a diet 24-7.
    Check these small problems:
    eat vegetables and avoid junk foods = to eat... foods = food
