To keep myself fit ( you're tired of knowing) I playing tennis almost everday, but in my opinion this is not an exercise because I really enjoy and I couldn't live without it.
I can't stand it but I go to the gym twice a week and I run in my free time. However, it is very important to eat healthy foods (fruits, vegetables, etc.) and don't make lots of mistakes. A good way to be in a good shape and live for a long time is doing exercises regularly and also making an appointment with you doctor to see if he can suggest a good diet. Why not starting now?

and don't make lots of mistakes = and not to make...
