Nowadays, most of the people don't have an healthy life and this is very wrong. To be healthy or to keep in fit isn't difficult, all you need is strenght will. There are many ways to do it.
A good way is doing exercise at least three times per week. If you don't like the gym, you can take dance lessons, walk with your pet, swim in your pool, run in the beach... You can also practice a sport, for example, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis... And even if you're too lazy to leave your bedroom, you can have fun and also do exercise with a videogame called Wii Fit.
But only do exercise it's not enough to keep in fit, you need to have a balanced diet too. Eat more fruits and vegetables instead of junk food and drink a lot of water.
Doing this you will feel much better.
