Keep in fit.


There are many ways to keep in fit, but for me, the best way to keep in shape is doing excercise! I work out at the gym three times a week and I really like it! Sometimes I run in the beach too, make me feel really relaxed. But only doing excercises it's not enough to keep in fit, you need to eat healthy food too. I don't have a very good diet, but it's really important to have, sometimes you can eat healthy food instand of junk food, will make you feel much better.

I really try to keep in fit doing the best I can, it's not only about keep in fit, but is about healthy too! =)
